Return Policy
Returns: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@treeoflighthealth.com
Shipping Returns: To return your product, you should mail it to 2545 Lawrenceville Highway, Suite 150, Decatur, GA, 30033. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial $10 charged for shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods that require refrigeration cannot be returned, as we cannot ensure that the product has been maintained at the required temperature.
