Comprehensive Skin Health Protocol

Achieve Radiant, Resilient Skin from the Inside Out

Skin is our largest organ, intricately tied to detoxification, gut health,  hormone balance, mitochondrial function, and the integrity of the connective tissue matrix. At Tree of Light Health, we believe true skin health begins from within. This protocol provides a holistic path to support your skin's structure, hydration, elasticity, and repair using science-backed supplements and therapies.

9. Carnosine Skin Cream (Topical)

Pairs beautifully with oral carnosine. Topically protects and nourishes  delicate skin.

Suggested Use: Apply 1–2x daily to fine lines, sun-damaged, or irritated areas.

Other Therapeutic Strategies

 Red Light Therapy (660–850 nm)

Red and near-infrared light supports mitochondrial energy production in skin cells and enhances healing and collagen synthesis.

Benefits:

Boosts ATP production

Reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and inflammation

Enhances topical product absorption

Use a high-quality home panel or professional unit for 5–20 minutes  daily.

 Sunlight & Vitamin D

Natural sunlight in moderation promotes vitamin D production and skin microbiome balance. Consider supplementing if levels are low.

 Skin Microbiome Support

Healthy skin flora can prevent breakouts, rashes, and sensitivity. We often recommend gentle, topical probiotics, and avoid harsh soaps.

 Addressing Fungal Skin Components

Some chronic skin issues are fungal in nature (especially when itchy,  flaky, or circular). We offer gentle topical antifungal solutions and internal herbs like berberine, oregano oil, and undecylenic acid. Work with your practitioner for proper evaluation.

 Detoxification & Skin

Because the skin is a detox organ, internal toxicity often shows up  externally. Acne, eczema, and rashes are frequently signs that the liver,  lymph, or GI tract need support.

Please reach out to us for our comprehensive detox protocol.

Key Detox Support Strategies:

Binders: Activated charcoal, chlorella, or GI detox blends to trap  toxins

Drainers: Herbal support for lymph (burdock, echinacea,  dandelion)

Foot Detox Baths: Stimulate drainage every 3–4 days Infrared Sauna & Coffee Enemas: Enhance phase I & II liver detox

Hydration & Electrolytes: Water with trace minerals between  meals
